ALG Vacations has announced technology that allows travel advisors to better customize group bookings.
ALG says the enhanced technology allows advisors to build custom event pages in minutes, and pages can be tailored to specific groups of any size.
Advisors can build pages themselves using the software's new automations, templates, and tools. The new technology is available in GroupEase, the company's software for large contract groups and small groups.
Travelers can now book individually on a webpage and secure a spot when it's convenient for them. The advisor receives automatic email notifications of new reservations, and he also has access to the group's reservations on the VAX Group Dashboard. These reservations will continue to count as sales closed by the Advisor on record and will count toward the Advisor's commissions, ALGV loyalty status, and compensation.
Additional benefits of this new technology include the ability to add agency terms and fees, agency logos, information, and messages. Advisors can view travel information and details on the group's dedicated hub page.
Advisors can add event schedules and external links to wedding registration pages and travel agency websites. These pages can include a schedule of up to six gathering events, including event name, date, time, and location. There is also an option to submit custom images with his ALGV library of images.
