Technology and consulting services provider Alchemy Technology Services has acquired London-based management consultancy r10 Consulting.
R10 Consulting, which was acquired for an undisclosed sum, will be integrated into Alchemy and the two companies will launch a new brand, Alchemy London Market.
The company will be based in Lloydsville, London and will provide a range of services to the insurance industry, including growth, operations and technology-focused consulting services for reinsurers, brokers and management general agents (MGAs). .
Alchemy said the acquisition will create a number of synergies for its business, including expanding its service portfolio, accessing a broader market and leveraging mixed technology solutions.
Alchemy Technology Services was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Northern Ireland. The company employs over 200 employees.
