Ziller brings more than 25 years of experience leading global IT organizations in the business services, financial services and legal industries. Prior to joining Cloud5, Ziller was a Frontline Managed Services Provider (MSP) specializing in IT and financial managed services for midsize to large enterprises around the world and Chief Information Officer for Managed Services. He was the Chief Information Officer (CIO). At Frontline, Mr. Ziller led his Service Now as a Service rollout, establishing a global central service desk and implementing several technologies unique to the MSP world to drive efficiencies across a diverse customer base. Additionally, Ziller previously held the role of Director of Systems Engineering and Management at Ricoh Americas, a provider of workplace solutions and digital transformation services.
