Currently, Halder is a Principal Cloud Engineer at Fidelity, where he oversees the delivery of the Fidelity API integration platform that drives value for investment clients. His team builds tools and processes that leverage cloud technology to solve complex problems.

Previously, Halder was a Software Lead Engineer at Cisco where he led the design and implementation of the AppDynamics framework that revolutionized application performance monitoring and won CRN's Product of the Year award. At Oracle, he played a key role in the development of the mission-critical commerce platform that led Forrester Research to recognize Oracle as a leader in B2B commerce.

Mr. Halder holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University and is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management's Executive Program in General Management, and holds advanced executive certifications in management, innovation and technology.
