Drawbridge Realty, an investor and operator of strategically significant corporate real estate, has signed a lease extension with L3Harris for approximately 150,000 square feet of office and lab space at Airport Technology Park in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Other major tenants at the 1.3 million-square-foot campus adjacent to Salt Lake City International Airport include Myriad Genetics, which signed a deal last week to expand by 62,737 square feet and will ultimately occupy about 300,000 square feet.

The L3Harris lease extension brings Drawbridge's national portfolio leasing activity to more than 300,000 square feet in 2024. In 2023, Drawbridge Realty experienced leasing success in many of its target markets, totaling 569,000 square feet of leasing activity. This follows total leasing activity in 2022 exceeding 1 million square feet.
