Justin Moore
Moore is the company's new Chief Technology Officer. Moore has more than 15 years of experience in consumer technology, having held key roles at well-known product companies such as Lyft, Instagram, Facebook and Rivian. His appointment leverages seasoned leadership and underscores Life360's commitment to improving the everyday lives of families through innovative technology.
Moore's illustrious career has been marked by engineering, technical and organizational strategy leadership at top technology companies. Through these roles, Moore has developed expertise in location and mapping, consistently leveraging massive data flows to deliver exceptional experiences to a broad customer base, highlighting his fit for Life360. At Rivian, he spearheaded the mapping division, charting products that would significantly improve utility while also allowing owners to unleash their sense of adventure. At Lyft, he led the core engineering team that invested in platform technologies, including LyftMap, an in-house alternative to Google Maps. At Instagram, he led the team that powered key features such as ranked feed, Explore and Stories. His team also built Instagram's machine learning infrastructure platform, IGML. His tenure at Facebook was marked by being a founding member of the team that built Facebook's Knowledge Graph.
