The Parsons Police Department has completed beta testing of five Flock Falcon automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) cameras and access to Flock's network operating system to help reduce and solve crime.
The program was presented to the Parsons City Commission in February 2023. Since then, subscription agreements have been signed.

Parsons isn't the only one using the FLOCK ALPR system. Approximately 4,000 agencies across the United States currently use it as a crime deterrent and investigative tool to track wanted felons, stolen vehicles, and missing persons.
