JE Dunn Construction Superintendent Adam Hammonds and his team embarked on a collaboration with Polygon to install a state-of-the-art climate control solution. Hammonds praised the flexibility of the smart sensor technology offered by Polygon and the significant economic benefits it brings.
“Smart sensor technology to date has been amazing in that it allows you to set your own parameters and monitor/operate it from your computer. You save a thousand gallons of diesel and you save money,” Hammonds said.
Hammonds dug deeper into technological advancements, highlighting the efficiency of smart controllers. The ability to make smart decisions based on real-time data stands out as a hallmark of cost-effectiveness.
“Smart controllers are also great because they have the ability to dictate whether one or both of the units should run based on parameters set in the dashboard. This also makes it even more cost-effective. “It’s going to increase,” he said. .
