Chambers most recently served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer of BrightView Landscapes, chief marketing officer of Courion Corporation, and chief marketing officer of Presstek. Some of her previous significant experience includes Vice President of Marketing for the Americas at Parametric Technology Corporation and Senior Partner at Ogilvy & Mather/Chairman of Ogilvy Interactive Asia Pacific.

Before pursuing a successful career in executive marketing, Chambers earned a bachelor's degree in political science and computer science from the University of Colorado Boulder and attended the Executive Development Program at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
