Jacobs first encountered this technology in the mid-1990s when he was a senior manager at Trimble, but eventually he joined Cyra Technology. While the first two articles are a bit of a retrospective, and in very different ways, the final article provides a look back at how the most progressive companies in the AEC industry are implementing much of this technology. We will consider the near culmination of our efforts. It's a digital twin. While digital twins are still something of a buzzword for some in the industry, they are certainly starting to be adopted at an accelerated pace. Here, Clement will focus specifically on small and medium-sized businesses that may not be in the cohort leveraging digital twin technology, and outline the benefits and use cases for that specific audience.
